ISA, pension, GIA, onshore bond, offshore bond — they're all just containers. What goes in each one, and why, is where the real value lies.
We're not just investment managers. We're financial planners who also manage investments. There's a big difference.
Most firms sell you a portfolio and bolt advice on as an afterthought. We do it the other way round. We plan first — tax, structure, protection, pensions — and then invest. The investment decision is the last one we make, not the first.
Because we deliver financial planning and investment management together, not only is it more efficient — we act as an intermediary, so most of our services are not subject to VAT — but it's the only way to do it properly. You can't advise on investments without understanding the tax position. You can't plan a pension without knowing the investment strategy. It's all one thing.
We consider eight connected aspects in every plan. They have a priority order, but they all interact — you can't advise on one without the others.

Explore →As your financial planner, we have a straightforward obligation: the value we provide should exceed what we charge. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be using us. Everything we do — the planning, the technology, the investment management — is designed to make sure the answer to that question is never in doubt.
Investment management. Holistic financial planning. Tax advice as part of your financial plan. Cashflow modelling, estate planning, and protection. Continuous dynamic reviewing — not an annual meeting, but live oversight as markets, tax rules, and your circumstances change. Full access to Wealth Portal and our apps.
Your financial picture is bigger than the money we manage. Workplace benefits and pensions. Cash reserves. External portfolios. Execution-only accounts. Policies you already hold. We consider all of it, advise on it, and factor it into your plan. You can't advise on one thing in isolation — everything has to be looked at together.
Regulated advice is half our cost base — and what gives a regulated client protection. Professionals don't need that protection. Remove it, and the fee comes down. Full access to our institutional platforms at no cost, the technology behind them, conversations whenever you want them, and execution on your behalf.
Instant access cash rates — no platform fees, no margin from us
Available to existing clients
Our portfolios have been independently constructed since 2008. The combination of institutional pricing, proper tax structuring, and genuinely holistic planning often means the value of what we save clients far exceeds the fee itself.
There are no exit fees and no barriers to leaving. You're free to move your assets to another adviser at any time. We don't need to lock anyone in.
Where an external discretionary fund manager is used on your behalf, their fees will apply in addition to ours. In these cases, we discount our own fee accordingly. Where discretionary management is provided through our group company, Perpetual Wealth Solutions, alongside one of our institutional platform partners, total investment management fees are capped at 0.1% per annum. Institutional fund pricing is only available on our institutional platforms — retail platforms such as Aviva, abrdn, and AJ Bell carry standard fund charges which are typically higher.
Cash rates are variable and set by the platform's banking partner. Rates shown are correct at the time of publication and may change without notice.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments and the income from them can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invest.
